An artisan manufaktur, Lower Saxony
The product itself was strong — the packaging wasn't communicating the quality inside it.
The brief
The product itself was strong — the packaging wasn't communicating the quality inside it. Existing artwork had been assembled by hand over several years, with no consistent structure, no barcode placement standard, and no dieline the printer could reuse across the product range.
A Branding Starter package fixed the core mark and palette first. A Packaging package then built the full system: dieline coordination with the client's existing printer, artwork for every face of the range's box sizes, and consistent compliance-text placement across SKUs.
The approach
Outcome
One packaging system applied consistently across the full product range
Print-ready artwork the existing print vendor could run without a single proofing round lost to file errors
Packaging that now reads as intentional next to shelf competitors, not assembled by hand
