How a project runs.

Five phases, every time — whether you're buying a €890 print package or scoping a bespoke website. No phase is skipped to hit a deadline.

The five phases

01

Enquiry or checkout

You add a package to cart and check out, or submit a scoping enquiry for bespoke work. Either way, price and scope are confirmed before work starts.

Timeline: Same day / same-day confirmation You supply: Project goal, any existing brand materials

02

Kickoff

A structured call (30–60 minutes) to confirm scope, collect references, and agree the timeline in writing.

Timeline: Within 3 business days of order You supply: Reference examples, access to existing accounts/files

03

Concept

First concepts delivered against the package's stated turnaround, presented on a call with reasoning, not just visuals.

Timeline: Per package (2–6 weeks) You supply: Feedback within 5 business days

04

Revisions

The included revision rounds, applied to your chosen direction — additional rounds are quoted separately, never added silently.

Timeline: Per package (1–3 rounds) You supply: Consolidated feedback, one round at a time

05

Delivery

Final files, source files, and a short handoff call or document — yours to keep, with full usage rights.

Timeline: Per package's stated turnaround You supply: Confirmation of final approval

What we need from you

  • Any existing brand materials (logo, guidelines, past work) — even imperfect ones
  • Two to three reference examples you like, and why
  • One point of contact who can approve each stage
  • Feedback within 5 business days at each review point, so timelines hold

Revision & approval policy

Revision rounds are stated per package and start counting from the first concept presented

A "round" means one consolidated set of feedback, addressed in one pass — not unlimited small back-and-forth edits

Additional rounds beyond what's included are quoted at a stated hourly rate, agreed before we start

Final approval is a written confirmation from your point of contact — verbal sign-off alone doesn't close a phase

Timeline questions

What happens if I miss a feedback deadline?
The project timeline shifts by the same amount — we hold your slot, but the stated turnaround assumes feedback within 5 business days.
Can a project run faster than the stated turnaround?
Sometimes, depending on studio capacity — ask at kickoff. We don't compress revision rounds to hit a date; we'd rather agree a realistic one upfront.
Who's my point of contact during the project?
The same person from kickoff to handoff — no ticket rotation between different staff.
